O.K. Here is the info.
Class: Necro/Mo or N/X (The monk skill I use is ressurect so its better than sig.
Build Name: Blood spiker w/SS
Best used in: PvE and PvP!
Armor: In Kaineg I use Renevants full for HP Bonus.
Weapon: Koles Torment works best for energy.
Attributes:
16 Blood (12+1+3)
10 Curse (9+1)
10 Soul Reaping (9+1)
Note: Health Mods for armor is best because with the Torment you gain HP rather than lose some from the Superior Rune!
Skill Bar:
1.)Vampiric Gaze
2.)Jaundiczed Gaze
3.)Dark PAct
4.)SS
5.)Life Siphon
6.)Enfeeble
7.)Blood Renewal
8.)Ressurect (Thats why im / Mo)
How It Works:
Ok First pick a target. If Possible make it a Warrior or Ranger or even assassin. However, if you dont have that option anything other than Mesmer and you should be fine Ok when the battle begins immediately cast Blood Renewal and then SS on your target. Than cover your SS with siphon. At this time your target is going after you. If you are fighting a Warrior or Ranger use enfeeble. If not than unload with your 3 attack skills. Use Jaundicized Gaze than Vampiric Gaze and then Dark Pact. Then recast Blood Renewal to regain w/e health you have lossed. By now SS is about to or has worn off. Recast it and then recast siphon. And then unload with your 3 attack skills once more. If its a long fight keep repeating the steps. However, I have killed people in under 10 seconds with this build. I also have tested this build 1v1 against Assassins, Necros, Warriors, and Rangers, and didnt lose to any of them. This build is very strong in PvP but can also be used in PvE if you dislike MM.

Spiteful Spirit is (SS) and it is a very good skill one of the best for necros. Look it up.

Just dont' confuse SS with SV (Spinal Shivers).
But both are great skills.

Blood & Death Only
Okay, first I'll assume you are only going to use Blood & Death spells.
Blood Renewal
Life Siphon
Mark of Subversion
Vampiric Gaze
Consume Corpse/Soul Feast
Putrid Explosion/Necrotic Transversal
Well of Blood/Well of Suffering
Rez signet
The purpose of this is:
Blood Renewal - gain health regen and a set amount of health at its end
Life Siphon - fast recharge (if removed)/gives you health and steals foe's
Mark of Subversion - interupt caster and steal health from foe
Vampiric Gaze - steal health
Consume Corpse - Gain health and energy (teleports to nearest corpse)
Soul Feast - Gains health from nearest corpse (no telport)
Putrid Explosion - Explodes nearest corpse and foes near it take damage
Necrotic Transversal - Explodes corpse causing poison to foes near it (teleports to corpse)
Well of Blood - Nearest Corpse gives health regen to allies in its radius
Well of Suufering - Nearest Corpse gives health degen to foes in its radius (will trigger AoE from AI)
This is a self healing build with 1 interupt and some damaging attacks.
This will take away corpses from being used by your enemies and help your party (with wells to either heal or to hurt the enemies).
Again, you only stated that you had Blood and Death Magic (not curses or any secondary skills).
SS is Spiteful Spirit - Curses.

Don't forget that Blood Renewal is a 25% sacrifice, so be careful with using that one. Nice Healing properties, but a higher buy in cost.

I thought SS refers to Spiteful Spirit and SV to the mesmer skill Spiritual Visage. The SS/SV build is typically includes arcane echo, spiteful spirit, spritual visage, and spinal shivers.

I hear SV as Spinal Shivers quite a bit. Never heard it used for Spiritual Visage. May sound odd, but that's just my luck to get groups like that.

I've seen it as both.
There are so many blood/curses Necro builds for PvE that it's hard to narrow them down. My favorite build that provides wonderful offense and support is:
Curses 16 (12+1+3)
Blood 13 (12+1)
Soul Reaping 4 (3+1)
Spiteful Spirit (E)
Spinal Shivers
Well of Blood
Blood Ritual
Rez Signet
Your choice for the other 3 skills. Arcane Echo (if you're a /Me secondary) is a popular choice to copy Spiteful Spirit.

I've used a Death/Blood Well Build Before. Works very nice.
Death 12 (11+1)
Blood 14 (10+1+3)
SR (rest)
- Life Siphon
- Rotting Flesh
- Blood Ritual
- Well of Power {E}
- Well of Blood
- Well of Suffering
- Order of Pain
- Rez Sig (or Rez Skill if N/Mo)
You're a bit of a battery, and you can deal some decent degen. Necros are great for support (more so than direct attack) b/c of all the curses, insidious skills, and wells. Plus, orders are a great way to give the entire party a boost without having to cast on each member.
BTW, in this build, I use Well of Suffering as an attack. When enemies are engaged, it takes a bit for them to activate AOE AI, so they often degen for a while in a WoSuff. Plus at lvl 12 death, you have a nice degen and duration for WoSuff.
